After a twelve-hour sail from Whangamata, we arrived at Great Barrier Island. It is one of the largest islands in the north/eastern corner of the stunning Hauraki Gulf. Below is a pictorial record of our arrival.

Spending the night in Rarohara Bay, a beautiful sheltered spot with quite a few other boats and the sun shining. Just glorious.
